Founder and Physician
Hello and Welcome.
At Elysium Primary Care, our mission is to
Create a space where connection thrives & deliver expert care with soul.
Our passion
What really excites us is hearing your story, being invited into your life, and partnering with you on your life journey. That connection is what allows care to transform into something altogether different. It’s personal and undeniably impactful.
Who are we?
We are a primary care clinic passionate about serving the LGBTQ community–we put our heart and soul into it.
Jeremiah Robinson
Jeremiah is a certified physician associate (PA-C) and experienced primary care provider who is certified as an HIV Specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. He is a graduate of the Emory University Physician Assistant Program, one of the top P.A. programs in the country. At Emory, he served as diversity coordinator and as program representative to the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
He is originally from West Virginia, where he attended Marshall University and obtained a Bachelors in Biological Sciences and a Masters in Business Administration.
Jeremiah’s passion is providing compassionate care for the LGBTQ+ community. He strives to create a non-judgmental environment where patients feel welcome and comfortable being themselves. He is a big believer in the philosophy that the provider and the patient are a team, working together to make the best informed decisions for the patient’s overall wellbeing.
In his spare time, Jeremiah loves planning his next trip, traveling the world with his partner and trying new restaurants around the city.
Brandon Haverfield
Brandon is a highly skilled and certified physician associate (PA-C) with over a decade of diverse healthcare experience. He is a graduate of the University of Utah School of Medicine’s program, the second top-ranked program in the country. Brandon is a U.S. Army Veteran who served as a combat medic for over eight years, including a one-year deployment in Iraq treating detainees and American soldiers.
Upon graduation, he worked in Vascular Surgery at the University of Utah School of Medicine before moving to Atlanta to be with his partner and starting a job at Emory University Emergency Department. This was a fast-paced, challenging environment that helped mold him into the experienced and compassionate clinician he is today.
During his master’s studies, Brandon served on the Student Council and was President of the Physician Associate Students Supporting Equity and Diversity (PASSED) group. The team he led was awarded the prestigious Group Commitment to Diversity Award for the entire university because of their hard-earned efforts in the community through outreach, education, and service.
Brandon has always been passionate about providing healthcare to underserved communities, particularly the LGBTQ+ community. It was this passion that led him to Elysium Primary Care. His philosophy is to treat his patients like family with the utmost dignity and respect and to provide a holistic, team-based approach that focuses on the entire well-being of each patient.
